Hankuk Carbon (KRX:017960) said it has not made any decision on the sale of the K-Shipbuilding unit, denying media reports about the company looking for strategic investors.
The South Korean manufacturer said that it is considering various options but has yet to finalize any sale decisions, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The company will make further disclosure after specific details are finalized or within one month.
