Shenwan Hongyuan to Delist 800 Million Yuan Bonds

Shenwan Hongyuan (SHE:000166, HKG:6806) said its 800 million yuan bonds issued in 2023 are set for delisting on Sept. 7 following final redemption, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The three-year bond, which has a coupon rate of 2.85%, is set to mature and be redeemed on Saturday, Sept. 5.

An interest of 28.50 yuan for every 10 bonds will be paid to bondholders, but the value will decrease to 22.80 yuan after tax withholding.

The Chinese securities brokerage's Hong Kong shares rose 3%, while Shenzhen shares rose 1% during Friday's morning trade.
