As of the announcement date, the board composition is: • Executive Director: Fan Xiaoling • Non-Executive Director: Wang Li Feng (Chairman) • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Dr. Yan Ka Shing (Lead Independent Director), Zhang De An, Lo Choi Ha, and Yeung Sum
