China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed a repurchase of 626,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-market transaction was carried out at prices ranging from HKD 3.00 to HKD 3.11 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of HKD 3.08516. Aggregate cash outflow for the buyback totalled HKD 1.93 million.

Prior to the transaction, China Boton had 1.06 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 24.25 million treasury shares. Post-repurchase, outstanding shares decreased by 0.06 % to 1.06 billion, while treasury holdings rose to 24.87 million. The company’s overall issued share count remains unchanged at 1.08 billion, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback was executed under the mandate granted by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 626,000 shares—equivalent to 0.06 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authorisation.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium preventing any new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
