BlackRock Boosts Stake in Kingdee International With HK$177 Million Share Purchase

Hong Kong stock exchange disclosures reveal that on August 31, global asset management giant BlackRock increased its holdings in Kingdee International (00268) by 20.641 million shares.

The acquisition was executed at an average price of HK$8.5647 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$177 million.

Following this purchase, BlackRock's total stake in the software firm has risen to roughly 436 million shares, lifting its ownership percentage to 12.4%.
