The August corporate complaint resolution rankings have been released, with all data sourced directly from the platform's complaint records. These rankings reflect how effectively businesses address consumer grievances on the platform.
By the end of August 2026, the complaint platform had accumulated over 38.12 million valid consumer complaints, with companies responding to more than 29.69 million and successfully resolving nearly 25.28 million cases. August alone saw over 640,000 new valid complaints submitted. To provide more precise and timely insights into how businesses across various consumer sectors handle complaints, the rankings are organized not only by industry but also feature a "Most Watched Category" based on recent hot consumer topics, offering consumers more valuable purchasing references.
A consumer recently reported being charged automatically by QQ Music for a full year without any advance notice. The platform allegedly failed to send SMS or pop-up reminders five days before deducting fees, instead only posting in-app notifications. Platform data shows that complaints against QQ Music have reached 1,400 in the past 30 days, yet the merchant's response rate stands at a mere 20%.

The platform reiterates that it provides complaint resolution services to consumers free of charge. Any individual or entity claiming to represent the platform or its partners and charging fees for complaint resolution is fraudulent. Consumers should immediately report such accounts to the platform and alert local authorities. After filing a complaint, the dispute is handled through direct communication between the consumer and the business; no platform staff will proactively contact consumers to assist with refunds. Consumers are urged to use official channels only and avoid third-party agencies or individuals offering "agency refund services" to prevent fraud. If targeted by scammers, contact the police without delay.
Official complaint channels include the platform's website at https://tousu.sina.com.cn, the mobile app available from legitimate app stores, and mini-programs on WeChat, Baidu, Alipay, and Douyin. If counterfeit accounts are discovered, their details can be reported to the official email at heimaotousu@vip.sina.com.
To safeguard personal information and prevent scams, consumers should note the following: first, before submitting a complaint, carefully review whether complaint text and image evidence exposes sensitive details such as name, contact information, address, order number, or tracking number. Images containing private information should be hidden or blurred. Second, use only official channels to resolve disputes, and do not trust private messages, comment sections, or accounts claiming to be platform staff offering alternative solutions. Be especially wary of anyone requesting money for "priority processing" or claiming access to "special refund channels." Do not add strangers via QQ or WeChat. Third, never share bank card numbers, passwords, ID numbers, verification codes, or other sensitive data with strangers, and avoid making payments through QR codes or unknown links. Report any suspected fraud to authorities. Fourth, exercise caution with overseas calls starting with 00, as the displayed names may be misleading. Fifth, legitimate customer service teams will always process refunds through the original payment method. If someone requests refunds via QQ, Alipay, WeChat, or external links, or asks for "unfreezing fees," "verification fees," or "deposits," be highly suspicious and avoid sharing personal information or completing any transfers.
To better serve consumers with focused resources, the platform currently accepts only complaints related to genuine disputes arising from actual consumption experiences.
