ES Services Buys Back 200,000 Shares for HK$0.37 Million; Total Repurchases Under Mandate Rise to 10.75 Million

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (ES Services) reported a new share repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 4 September 2026. The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of HK$1.87 per share, resulting in an aggregate cash outlay of approximately HK$0.37 million.

Following the latest transaction, the company now holds 1.00 million shares—acquired between 31 August and 4 September 2026—pending cancellation. Each daily purchase during this five-day period involved 200,000 shares at prices ranging from HK$1.83 to HK$1.88 per share.

Issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.71 billion ordinary shares, as cancellation of the repurchased shares had not yet been completed by the 4 September 2026 reporting date.

Under the shareholder mandate approved on 13 May 2026, ES Services is authorised to repurchase up to 171.74 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate’s adoption total 10.75 million shares, equating to 0.63 % of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, ES Services is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any new or treasury shares until 4 October 2026—30 days after the latest buyback.

The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and that all necessary authorisations and regulatory filings have been completed.
