CIFI Holdings Group has announced its sales performance for August 2026, revealing contracted sales amounting to approximately RMB 660 million. This figure encompasses sales from both joint ventures and associates, with the corresponding contracted sales area reaching around 62,400 square meters during the month.

The average selling price for the period was recorded at approximately RMB 11,700 per square meter. Additionally, the portion of contracted sales attributable to the company's shareholders stood at roughly RMB 300 million for August alone.

Looking at the cumulative performance from January to August 2026, CIFI Holdings Group achieved total contracted sales of approximately RMB 6.30 billion, including contributions from joint ventures and associates. The aggregated contracted sales area for the eight-month period reached about 649,800 square meters, with the average selling price maintained at approximately RMB 11,300 per square meter.

The company also reported that the cumulative contracted sales amount attributable to shareholders' equity reached approximately RMB 3.33 billion over the same period.
